Hello
I hope everyone is doing well.
I bought Fitbit Versa yesterday and I was so thrilled to use the watch and it’s features. I watched a couple of you YouTube videos and all that. I was exited to use it and especially the sleep score feature. How ever this morning when I woke up I faced a big disappointment. Sleep score can only you accessed by premium user, that’s nuts .
i understand that the personalised workout are suited for premium subscription but why sleep score ?
is it just me who faced a massy disappointment ?
If Fitbit is going to flex like this trust me this one is going be my first and last watch forever or might give it to someone.
Every big watch company has a features that the other don’t like apple got the noise sensor and more app
garmin vivoactive 3 tells you your energy level pretty amazing
so I thought okay Fitbit got sleep score but I guess not.
can Fitbit make this feature free at least ?

Sleep score is available without a premium subscription but you can get some extra information with premium (like sleeping heart rate). See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2439/
However, sometimes fitbit can't calculate a sleep score e.g. if it can't get a good heart rate reading then it can't calculate sleep stages and you need sleep stages to get a sleep score.

The interpretation of the Sleep Score shouldn’t be a Premium feature. Putting the key selling point you have over the obvious competition behind a pay wall is a mistake.
As soon as Apple fix battery life well enough to add sleep, Versa will be toast...
