I recently signed up for the 1 week Premium preview. I was hoping for newer and more options on the workouts on my Fitbit Versa. It still gave me a message on the bottom of the Coach app to Upgrade to Premium to get more options on workouts.
I came to the forums for answers. I found that I should delete the Coach app from my watch, reinstall it, turn it off, and then turn it back on again. Cool! I can do that! And it worked... for a minute.
Now I am getting that same message. "Sync in the Fitbit app to get new workouts. Want more personalized workouts? Go Premium!" -- Ummm... I went Premium. I synced my app. I followed the instructions. It isn't sticking. I am currently looking at two workouts on my Coach app "Cardio Rhythm" for 22 minutes and "Cardio Rhythm" for 23 minutes.
Anyone figure out how to get this to stick on the Versa? I don't want to pay for a service that isn't going to function.

When it happens and you open the app does it show you are Premium? And a yellow circle on your picture? (See image below)
I am having issues since the most recent FITBIT APP UPDATE (1/20/20) where I keep loosing my EOV data and it will not show the “Premium” or the yellow circle.
I have to delete the FITBIT app. Reboot phone. Once phone is on, I redownload the app and my premium is back as is my EOV data.
(I have iPhone Xs Max and apparently an update just popped up for the iOS, wasn’t there yesterday). But FitBit and Versa 2 are updated.

I do have the yellow frame, but the top didn't say Premium. I have an android phone. I am definitely trying the uninstall/reinstall to see what happens. 🙂 Thanks for the tip.
