Sleep score

My watch monitors my sleep but fails to give me a sleep score, saying it couldn't get consistent heart rate reading while I slept. Any ideas?

Sure @Sussexphoto let's figure out why rothe heart rate is inconsistent. 

Try cleaning. Is the band to tight? If you cant easily fit a finger behind the band, it may be.

Its a brand new watch, I sent the charge 4 back because it would not do it either. Strap is fine 1 finger width, no idea what to do now

My heart rate seems consistent during the night, no breaks. It just wont give me a sleep score, nor did the Charge 4 I sent back last week.

Band is fine, I can get one finger in the strap, and the watch is clean, ts brand new.
