Sleep session editing question-Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello.  I have a Versa 2 that is up to date (72.1.9).  I noticed this morning my wake time was not correct.  So I edited my wake time to the correct time(about 15 minutes sooner than recorded).  After the change, my awake time stayed the same but all three of the other categories changed.  This doesn't seem like expected behavior.

Here are the before and after screenshots:

(Before: 1:12am to 9:29)

(After: 1:12am to 9:15)

Can anyone provide an explanation of the changes?

Thanks,

Robert

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community @Robert-H.

Thanks for the information provided and for the attached screen shots.

Please note that if you extend your time asleep, you may see gaps at the start or end times of your sleep stages as mentioned in this article

Thank you for your response.  Unfortunately, I shortened my sleep session as shown in the pictures.

Thanks,

Robert

So today I modified my sleep session to remove 5 minutes that were recorded at being awake and part of sleep time.  But I was already out of bed and moving around.  This time, after removing the 5 minutes, both my awake and deep sleep time increased.

Is there any explanation for this behavior?

Before (12:17 to 9:19):

After (12:17 to 19:14):

When I edited my session to change it back to end at 9:19, my numbers were different again: 1h25m Awake / 39m REM / 5h25m Light / 1h33m Deep.
