Hi,
I've been having some problems with the fitbit app showing the detailed sleep stages correctly when I first wake up but after a few hours it will revert to the basic sleep stages graph and I can't see any reason why. My versa is still showing the detailed data so I'm at a loss as to why the app would suddenly show basic sleep stages after a few hours of being awake. This also sometimes happens if the app thinks I've slept longer than I have and I have to correct the wake up time.
I've tried restarting my versa and restarting the Bluetooth on my phone but neither of these seems to correct the issue. Any ideas?
Thanks

@faerybutt Thank you. Please remove sleep targets (sleep presets) from your Fitbit mobile app. They've been known to cause issues. Let me know how it goes tonight.

@faerybutt You need at least 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep for the sleep stages to be calculated. Can you verify that the stages are missing from https://www.fitbit.com/sleep as well? Please open the link and click on the sleep for which you would like to see the detailed info.

Hi, Thanks for responding. I am getting more than 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night and as I mentioned, the detailed data is there when I first wake up, it just changes to basic data after a few hours on the app but remains as detailed on my Versa so there is obviously no issue with my Versa recording my sleep, it's seems to be an issue within my app even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now.
The detailed data is not showing on https://www.fitbit.com/sleep

@faerybutt Puzzling. Can you please take a screenshot of the sleep data from fitbit.com as well as a picture of what can be seen on the tracker itself (in the Today app - swipe up on the main screen to open it).
