not logging cycling

my versa has stopped connecting when I start a cycle ride it picks up my heart rate but not the activity have reset and app detects but cannot get it to log my rides any ideas ?

Hi @magicris Try a Factory reset of your Versa (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About).

If it still wont automatically recognise your cycling, perhaps try using the Bike exercise shortcut to start and stop the ride. If it really annoys you though, you could contact support and see ifnthey can help  Fitbit Support

will try that today.i did manually start and stop the exercise it wont connect when I try that I.e it says connecting but never connects
