Sleep stages are working again. I just wanted to post this because I think Fitbit may have solved the issue. I am quick to complain when something doesn't work, so want to be quick to say Thanks for your hard work when it does work again!

Hey @annschmech, is it great to see you around more often! Sounds great that your Versa is tracking your sleep stages fine again. I really appreciate the update. And if you have further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to keep us posted! Will be glad to help you out.
Have a nice day and you too @NellyG!

Just an FYI: Unfortunately it stopped working again but I found a solution in another post. Wear a wrist band over the Versa at night, I guess that keeps it stable. It worked. I'm going to try cutting the thicker band off a knee high nylon and see if that if tight enough. It will be a bit less bulky.

Hey @annschmech, it is great to see you around more often! I've also heard from some other users who aren't pleased with the sleep stages tracked on their Versa so they started using a sports wrist band on their watch so it could detect heart rate variability more accurate and it actually work pretty well. So if it has the same for you, I urge you to continue using it and keep me posted about how it goes! 😉
I'll be around!
