Bought a Versa 2 to replace my Charge 2. Charge 2 would sync my sleep immediately, Versa 2 takes approximately two hours to sync every time since I got it.
I am currently getting over the flu and want to work out but am not sure how I slept/if I should risk it and after trying to sync no fewer than a dozen times the thing won't sync. About to request a return, any help? Everything else syncs (steps etc) but sleep will not show up and app keeps saying 'device not found'. Frustrating. I use an Android device (Samsung Galaxy) and everything including fitbit app is up to date.

Hi @Nellykelson, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for all the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Samsung Galaxy mobile device are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then?
In the meantime I receive your answer, If you haven't already done so I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be smoothly completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know
Keep me posted.
