My Verda has tracked sleep perfectly until the 6th of September but since then it no longer tracks my sleep. I have updated the app, ensured the HR is on, ensured it is positioned correctly on my wrist and I have even reset it to factory settings! It is still not tracking sleep. I don’t want to reboot again as it is a pain adding my music to the device all over again. Any answers please?! TIA!
