Sleep tracking issues on my Versa

Hello Fitbit fam,

I have a question and wondering if any of you guys experienced the same and how did you go about fixing it. So back in december, my versa just suddenly stopped tracking my sleep. Well actually, it still tracks it but in the way that it does when your fitbit isnt correctly placed on your wrist (for ex. If its too loose or if u slept in an incorrect position causing the watch to have poor contact with your wrist). Some nights, it wont track my sleep at all and some nights, it'll incorrectly track my sleep (for ex. I slept 5 hrs but its says i slept for the whole day). I tried moving it 2 inches up my wrist, tried putting on a more snug fit but nothing works. I reset it, restarted it but the problem still isnt resolved. Once a month, itll actually do it's job and actually track my sleep (showing you the actual stages of your sleep). Is there anyway to fix this or do you think my fitbit is damaged? Everything else is fine but the sleep tracking portion of it is what i really bout this fitbit for and now it wont work.... Please help! TIA

Hello, I  switched to Premium last week so I  can get a better read as to what's going on with my sleep patterns. Now my sleep isn't being tracked. Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix it?

Thank you

Donna

Hi Donna,

Mine was fixed without touching anything, you just have to call customer support and they can assist with that. Mine was having trouble until i called and the next day, it worked like a charm
