Sleep tracking on Versa 2 SE inconsistent

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have my Versa 2 SE for about 3 weeks now.

I have a sleep schedule set for midnight until 6 am. I put the watch in sleep mode when I go to bed.

When I get up I sync and look at the sleep tracking. All good so far. My sleep quality seems to be better than I thought.

BUT...

I take a nap every afternoon for a little over one hour. I do not put the watch in sleep mode, I just go to bed.

The watch has so far tracked 3 of all the naps only, while there should be about 20 or so.

I understand that naps under 3 hours don't give us details, but I should see at least that I took a nap, right?

Please can anyone explain?

@SunsetRunner, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you are notified that you took naps since your Versa 2 detects and records naps that are at least an hour long.

In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa 2 and see if it records your naps properly.

Looking forward to your response.
