Every model I've had - charge, charge 2 charge 3,versa lite.

It's time this with problem is sorted. When you have Sleep Apnoea its frustrating.

Done the resets, changed to sensitive is just as bad!

As quoted on the Fitbit site you need a certain amount of good sleep for it to do a  good job.

That said, there may be a glitch in the App, so it is recommended to

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo notification setup.

And also a good idea to restart both phone and watch to ensure optimal conditions.

Hi

I go to bed around the same time every night and wake up the same time: 10.15pm - 7.00am.

I'm 66 years old I'm not tec savvy.

I rebot my watch on a regular basis.

Alot of instruction i don't understand,  not everyone is tec savvy.

There needs to be a fix it manual with pictures, I'm dyslexic.
