HI @Jballer - are all the other values coming in the Fitbit App, if not the watch may not be syncing.

As a first step try restarting the phone and the watch and sync again.

I am having the same problem. It’s syncing the other data (steps, heartbeats, stairs, etc.), but it isn’t automatically tracking sleep.

@Jballer- Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Did some tests and it would seem that Sleep is a calculated result, which means the data has to go to the Fitbit server and it returns the values to the App and the watch.Of course if the data doesn't get to the server or come back it will not show sleep.

You will probably not have all the data if you go to the Today app on the watch and scroll to the left - it may give only the duration, worth checking. If it doesn't give even that there may be something wrong with the watch.
