Smart Wake not working

Hello.

 

my versa 2 does not lit up when I move my wrist.

 

i really have to touch it or move my arm unhealthily fast/hard for it to respond. 

The settings are right. I already checked that. And I already turned watch of and on.

Hi @Happyvv. Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for checking the Smart Wake settings. Your watch should respond when moving your arm towards you and because this isn't your case, I'd recommend to switch the Smart Wake settings to Manual. Restart your watch to refresh its performance and switch the settings back to Auto (Motion).

 

Keep an eye to your watch and let me know how it goes.
