Snapchat notifications won't work on Fitbit Versa

I have not been getting Snapchat notifications on my Versa since the last update about a week ago. I am getting all other notifications. I have made sure that Snapchat is selected in the app notifications, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I have restarted my device multiple times. It is getting very frustrating. Please help!

Hi, try this:

1. Deinstall Fitbit app from your phone.

2. Restart your phone

3. Restart your Versa

4. Reinstall Fitbit app again and enable the notifications you wnt inclusing Snapchat. 

5. Sync your Versa with the Fitbit app

BTW, if I search for Snapchat in the Fitbit apps, it is not found and this suggests that Fitbit is not supporting Snapchat. How did you manage it to install it??

I have already done this because I seen it on the forum when I was
troubleshooting. It didn't work.

I'm sorry. I didn't see that part. I did not install it on my versa. I went
to the manage notification section where you can select the apps that you
receive notifications from and selected snapchat.

@rpc89 welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the Snapchat notifications issue that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps that @SunsetRunner advised.

I'm afraid that the Motorola Z Force 2 is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why the Snapchat notifications don't work. There are times that some features work for non-supported devices but we don't guarantee that they will work properly.

However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestion board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our team.

I have S9, and on Oct 31 19 I was reciving snapchat notifications on my versa 2, then as if 11/1 it has stopped. Snapchat is in the app notifications on Fitbit app. I have uninstalled n reinstalled both Fitbit and snap chat.  Still nothing any advise?

Yes I agree. It was working one day and not the next. Not sure if it has to do with snapchat update or what???
