I had the Ionic for a few years and had zero issues but my Ionic died after wearing it everyday for 2 years. So I got the Versa 2 about a month ago and I've had nothing but issues!!!! The first 2 weeks it was fine but then about 2 weeks ago, my touch screen stopped working. I do a restart (holding down the side button) and it resolves the problem BUT now it will only hold charge for maximum of 2 days then when I recharge, the touch screen won't work again. Also, when I'm working out, the watch will just kick off of my workout thus it won't be tracked. Super frustrating. I also rarely get any of notifications. All my software is up-to-date. I've only had the watch a month!!! I'm super disappointed and open to any suggestions to solve these issues as i assume Fitbit won't let me return it.
