I don’t even know where to start. This is such a disappointing product lately. Seems like every time I turn around there’s another issue with the Versa 2. It stops counting steps, it doesn’t send any notifications anymore, there’s a disconnect between the watch and the app…. I’ve reset it SEVERAL times and still it’s sub par. Please tell me I’m not the only one having ALL these issues!

my versa was working ok until the update. time was wrong had trouble getting it to sync. finally get it going a couple of times. then is started again after the update a few days ago and wouldn't connect to bluetooth, tried all the fixes. I just set to factory settings still a no go. I'm beginning to think since google bought fitbit they just want us to but a new fitbit. and hey they are taking things away and putting it into premium so maybe we need to all just go buy a different brand?? I've used fitbit for years and have family members that have bought but I see the time has come to change. especially seeing many users not getting help. I see on different pages in facebook people are changing to other products and apps.
I also see there a changes in 2023 that you have to have a google app to make them work - what can I say???????????
