Sony XZ2 compact not tracking GPS with Versa

Hi

Recently bought Sony Xperia Xz2 compact and although fitbit syncs my runs it doesn't track the GPS. The Versa screen just constantly says "connecting" but never actually connects the GPS.

Anyone help ? Thank you

Hi, this problem might be the result of the Sony XZ2 Compact is not in the list of Fitbit supported mobile devices. This does not mean that it will not work with Fitbit, but that certain items, like in your case GPS, are not fully functional yet. No panic is needed, cause within a short while it may be supported by Fitbit, like the Sony XZ3 Compact. Just have a little patience.

Hiya,

Thank you very much.  It's annoying that the non compact version of the phone is compatible.  Curious about what is different between the two phones!
