How do I reset my versa 2 to get the source off? It would let me reset it by holding the bottom on side of it down

What is this "source" of which you speak?

Did you perhaps mean it would not let you reset?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I ordered a new Fitbit because now mine says set up wallet and won’t get off of that. It won’t let me reset it as well.
