Versa 2 screen not working properly

My Versa 2 screen has begun to fade. It is almost like you can see other screens in the background? If that makes any sense. Some parts still look as they should but others just black. It hasn’t been damaged or dropped. It has also been reset and the screen set to the default clock but it isn’t helping. 
please could anyone advise?
