This is a newer version of the Versa 3 (purchased through Fitbit July 2022), so no updates should be needed. The Sp02 data shows on the clock face but not always in the app. It will pick up in the app for a few days and then stop again. Very frustrating. I currently enjoy premium for free, but this issue would be a reason for me not to pay for Premium if I'm not getting the data.
Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have an answer to solve the issue?

Yes, some nights it records and others it doesn't. Also on Friday my battery drained down to 4% and ever since I have recharged it, my phone is not syncing with the watch
