I may have solved it. Not only does the spo2 clock have to be loaded (it was) but the correct screen has to be showing, in other words, not the step count, etc. The oxygen level showed up about an hour late, but at least it's there.

Mine worked for a while, then it just stopped working. Looked up the issue here and saw the advice on the clock face being selected when you go to sleep. Been trying that for about a week and it still does not give me an Spo2 reading in the morning. I've deleted the app, and the watch face and reinstalled them and that didn't help. A bit frustrated at this point.

Well, never mind. It still doesn't work. I researched and bought a $25 oximeter. It's more accurate anyway but I'd still like to have the overnight readings. Where are the moderators can address this?
