Ok - I have noticed something which may help understand the Spo2 clock issue many are having.

@JeffMindlin Are you an Android user? This might be an Android bug/issue. I am an iOS user. The clock shows on my clocks and I can delete it.
Can you clarify what you mean by "shows all other stats"? I have been using the clock face, only at night, and have had mixed results. Two nights gave me a range of numbers consistent with normal sleep. The other nights I got numbers like 93-93%.

Ios user latest software
spo2 face shows steps hr floors climbed etc. (If you tap on it it scrolls through these).
but only ever shows “sleep to update” on main screen.
93-93 is an interesting range!! Was your eov Graph completely Flat under the restoration tab in app?

@JeffMindlin No, my EOV graph shows the normal sleep variations. I am going to flag your post to get moderator attention. Let's see if a mod has an answer for you.

Hi there @JeffMindlin, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that SpO2 clock faces isn't properly working, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for reporting this inconvenience, I'll be glad to help you with this.
To make sure your Fitbit device successfully measures your SpO2 values, keep the following in mind:
Turning off any clock face permissions can cause the clock face to stop functioning (this may be a reason why you cannot delete it). To check these settings:
Your Fitbit device must be able to consistently track your SpO2 data:
Wear your device slightly higher on your wrist.
Make sure your device is in contact with your skin.
Your device should be snug but not constricting.
Tattooed skin can impact the accuracy of the red and infrared sensors on your Fitbit device.
For more information about SpO2, see: How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
Thank you @LZeeW for flagging the post!
