My versa died last night, empty battery.  I charged it overnight.  It kept vibrating throughout the night. It was 100% this morning but still kept vibrating and showing the settings screen.  Then it went black and hasn't come on since.  I updated it not too long ago and added the new clock face that tracks O2 sat last week also.  Please advise. Thx.

Hi @Ecs74, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
