Versa 2 screen is freezing

My versa 2 that I bought at the beginning of last month keeps randomly freezing and rebooting its self. The  battery has been draining fast, too. I factory reset it today and still am having problems. Any ideas?

Hi @Mhipperson18, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 freezes and restarts by itself. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
