SpO2 clock face won't download on my Versa 2

I recently purchased the Fitbit Versa 2 and liked that it had an SpO2 monitor. However, when I look up that setting in the Fitbit app, it says to download the clock face, but the pin the clock face shows that it isn’t available for my device. So, how do I use the SpO2 monitor if I can’t download the right clock face?

Hi there, @NicTeach. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Since you have just setup your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

If you don't have one of the most recent firmware updates on your Versa 2, that would explain why you are not yet able to download the SpO2 clock face. For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Please keep me posted if after the 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.

Hi, @NicTeach  - in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, Gallery, and the Clocks tab, at the top and choose an SpO2 clock face.
