My husband has a Versa 3 and it was all working great. About a week ago his app stopped registering his SpO2. It shows up correctly on the watch but is not syncing to the app. All the other stuff is though. Any help?!

Thank you MarreFitbit but this does not help me. It was working fine and all of a sudden quit.
