SpO2 data lag from Versa3 to Fitbit App - Updated

Apologies for the earlier version of this post with no details.

This is a restart of the previous thread which has been disabled.

  • Hi all Has anyone found a solution to the 1 day lag issue with Spo2 data plot on the App? The watch shows the data for last night with the previous day's date and says no data for past 24 hours. All other health metrics (skin temp, breathing rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate) show against the correct date.

So I first started working on this problem in March 2023 and it is still not resolved, although I parked it for a while. When the new FitBit App came out (September?) I hoped it would get sorted but no luck.

For the whole of October I was exchanging emails with FitBit support - I have tried every conceivable option of reset, restart, reinstall, shutdown, update etc under instruction from the FitBit support team. The Spo2 data still synchs to the wrong date.

I feel like it's too hard now and they have "escalated "it...then the communication stops. Nice one FitBit.

Then after two weeks of silence while waiting for the "high support team" to contact me, I email to the case discussion to get a response that the case has been closed !! Not Happy.

Have done the support chat thing again today and apparently it is escalated again.....we'll see. It feels like a easy way to fob me off.

Anyone else having similar SPo2 data ssues? Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? It feels like it is a hardware issue now rather than software maybe??

Feels like the time to contact consumer affairs to get the thing replaced ....

Cheers

But you haven't even stated what your problem is;  just that your problem was not resolved.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
