Just bought the outlook face clock for my versa 2. Now I can’t scroll down. It just shows the Fitbit icon, then immediately goes back to the face clock.

HI @steffi.hut - from the Fitbit App [or watch Clocks app] change to another clock face. Also restart the watch and ensure it syncs.

Hi there, @steffi.hut. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 screen got stuck after purchasing a clock face. We'll be glad to help you!
I agree with both suggestions that @Guy_ has shared with you. If you continue having the issue after that, please feel free to contact the developer of the clock face. Note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. Therefore, in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about the app/clock face.
We hope this helps!

Hi @steffi.hut - if your Quick Settings are incorrect you can end up stuck in Always On mode, in which case you cannot swipe and only see the built-in Always On face.
To check, long press the button (or double tap the screen, then pull down once and pull down again and tap on the 2 white bars) make sure only wrist wake is enabled.
As regards clock faces, if there are already 5 clock faces downloaded and you download a new one, one of the others can get removed, you can download the original one again.
