I've been wearing my new Fitbit versa 3 for 6 nights now. All data is shown except oxygen saturation. Everything has a green check mark except SpO2 which remains gray. When I click on that, it tells me to wear the Fitbit at night as well. So I've been doing that for 6 nights! I have the SpO2 app on the Fitbit and the special SpO2 watch face. This particular data is not shown anywhere. What am I doing wrong? do I have to wear the watch for at least a week? I don't get it.

I just called the help desk. They helpen me. The problem may now be resolved. In the SpO2 app not all permissions were checked and set to green. I still have to wear the Fitbit for 3 more nights to gather data.
