SpO2 not tracking-Versa 3

There’s a number of these topics about this already but I am not finding any help with those currently. I have had my Versa for a little over a week now, and it has never tracked my SpO2 levels. I have downloaded the SpO2 app on like day 2, and have been using a SpO2 watch face for the last 4 days with no reading. Both the watch face shows —% and the app is simply asking me to download the SpO2 app or download a SpO2 watch face (both I have done).

 

I have restarted my Versa 3, still not reading SpO2. Restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app…. still no change. Versa’s battery has been between 90%-60% so it’s not an issue with it dying mid sleep. I have waited several hours after waking up for the data to show up on either the watch or the app…. Nothing. Even checked the permissions for the SpO2 app to make sure they were all toggled on. 

Finally the watch sits higher on my wrist when I sleep, it is tightened snuggly to my skin and it is not sitting on any tattoos. At this point, I have no idea what’s going on.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this thing to track? Everything else about this watch works as expected, so I am getting pretty frustrated.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 3. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

Please check if there is any pending SpO2 app update:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps
  3. If an app has a pending update, you'll see an Update button next to its name. Tap it to update the app.

 

In addition, if you haven't done so, please follow our recommendations to resolve difficulties with SpO2 data in this article in the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?".
