Spo2 disappeared. No data.

Since 4 days my spo2-data don't show. Before that it always worked fine. What to do?

It is a bit more complicated than I mentioned before. A few days ago I changed my phone language from Dutch to English. Fitbit advised me to do that, since I did not have access to the Premium Guided Programs in Dutch. And well, that worked, I can now follow the Guided Programs. However, since than my Spo2-data are not shown in the app. I can see it om my device itself, but that score off course disappears the following day. In the app it says: no data. Maybe the problem is that my device is still in Dutch. I have synced my device several times, changed all kind of language and location settings in the app as well as in my phone, just to try to solve this, but nothing... According to some articles here app language and device language should automatically synchronise. But it doesn't. I do not want to change my phone back to dutch, because then I will lose my guided programs. Fitbit, I need help!
