Hi, 

i have downloaded the Spotify HR app and when it loads on my versa I can use it to control Spotify on my desktop. I can’t get it to play on my headphones from my phone. Deezer works on my headphones so that isn’t the problem. 

Can you advise?

Hi, Spotify is not supported by Fitbit, whilst Deezer is supported by Fitbit, This is probably the reason that you cannot use it on your headphones. If you want that Fitbit support Spotify, go to this topic in the Feature Suggestions Board and vote for it: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Spotify-for-Ionic-Versa/idi-p/2171901.

@Shu123 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about Spotify, my friend @SunsetRunner is correct. This app is not supported. However, you can vote for the Feature Suggestion that was created requesting this implementation.

 

The more votes this idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

Sooooo if it's unsupported then why are you allowing it to be searched and installed from within the Fitbit app?
