on the morning of may 4th 2019 my fitbit versa time was late for like an hour so i decided to sync it but it didn't work so i charged it and it still wont sync i did restart the phone and the watch tried it in different devices but still no luck and it still doesn't sync i loved my versa and it was so useful please help.

yes not only did i try it on my iphone 6s and i tried it on an iphone x

yes i did try to reboot it and charge it and it worked it was a minute late but worked but that was the first day only after that it started to get 15 minute delayed and over the course of 2 days it was late for an hour i still can not make it sink with any device so if there could be an update as soon as possible thank you
