Greetings,
I bought my wife a Versa 2 recently and we seem to be having trouble setting up Spotify despite numerous trips to this forum and following all of the suggested steps (such as restarting, logging out, force stopping, reinstalling, etc.)
Her original device was a Galaxy Note 8 but after finding out this is not a supported device, she is now using a Galaxy S7. We thought the problem would have resolved switching to a supported device but the issues still persist.
Prerequisites: My wife has a valid Spotify premium account and she is able to log in to it via the FitBit app. Spotify does successfully connect on the Versa 2.
Issue 1: Despite music successfully playing, the Spotify music controls for "previous" and "next" are missing. Also, the name of the song does not display. We have tried re-syncing the devices and reinstalling Spotify. No resolution at this time.
Issue 2: The Spotify libraries are not displaying on the Versa 2, despite seeing them readily available via the Spotify app. No resolution at this time.
Has anyone experienced these issues, and do you have a solution for restoring this functionality without it disappearing again? If not, then please work on this @FitBitDevelopers

I am hoping to get a response from the FitBit team regarding this.
Also, is it possible to edit the title to reflect more descriptively? "Spotify is not displaying command buttons or library playlists on Galaxy S7"
