I got the versa 2 mainly to manage my playlist and stop/go music from my watch. Alexa wasn't a must but a nice extra to help manage my calendar and reminders. I get both of these features to work, but after a few moments of being connected and performing, they disconnect and the watch face shows a message along the lines of "disconnected from your phone's bluetooth, check/ turn on your bluetooth and sync the fitbit app".
Everything will work again after I do so... but that's not the process I want (nor should have) to go through every few minutes to keep these features up and running!! Totally defeats the purpose.
My bluetooth is on all the time, so that is not the problem. And I also went through all the troubleshooting and then some. I will give this watch a few more days but if no solutions are being offered, it's going back to Fitbit. At that price point, you better start making reliable products.

I have a very similar glitch with spotify. Every time I close and reopen the fitbit app on my phone it changes the spotify settings in the fitbit app to show that my spotify account is not "spotify free" instead of "spotify premium". Logging out and logging back in fixes the problem for the next few hours, but anytime the fitbit app no longer has constant RAM access it drops this. If some programer is looking for where the glitch is I'd suggest checking there first.

My fitbit won't even connect to spotify. Keep getting the message to set the Alexa app up in fitbit then sync to connect it. Never works. So disappointed as spotify is exactly the same
