Spotify forgets premium account

When I check the Spotify settings, it shows a free account. I have to log out and log in with my premium account constantly. After about an hour, it forgets my account and I have to do the process over again.

 

I checked with Spotify support and I do not have any other accounts. Please help

This seems to be a known bug. Have a look at the following thread which has updates and suggestions from Fitbit:
