Spotify simply will not work since I got this smartwatch. Just the most frustrating setup process, followed by the main feature I got the watch for, not working. It will either say no internet (I have a very strong connection and have linked it with the app) or to sync the watch. I do know that you have to open the app on your phone and to be a premium member, (I have linked my account) but still no cigar. None of the options work, so I would like some sort of solution, since it seems like it is making up excuses at this point.

I was having this issue too. I found there is some sort of glitch that even if you have a premium Spotify account, it will say it's only a free account on the Fitbit app after some time. If you go to apps, then Spotify settings, log out, then log back in. Sync your Fitbit then try the Spotify app. I've found if I log out and log in everytime right before I use it, it works with no issues. Such a pain to have to do this everytime but at least it gets it to work .Hopefully Fitbit comes out with an update to correct it .

This definitely fixed the problem of getting into Spotify (Thank you) but now I have a very weird problem. I try to connect to any Bluetooth speaker or headphones, but it just plays through my phone? I can't connect it through my phone or the versa would crap out, so I don't know what to do once again. Once I get this sorted, I should be good to go.

I haven't had this issue .I've been able to connect to my Google Home and wireless headphones with no problems.
