Spotify won't install

ive beeen unable to download the spotify app since the purchase of my versa, came to realise there was a firmwear update being gradually rolled out that was the issue so ive waited. i had the update come through last night and compleated that this morning but still spotify is showing the same thing as before so i still cant install it. has anyone else had firmwear issues with spotify because its driving me up the wall at this point!!!

Hi there @lucyevans, welcome to the Community Forums. I apologize for the late response. I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this situation. 

If you're still having difficulties to install Spotify on your Versa, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Restart your Versa 
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Try to install Spotify again
