How do I get the battery charge it’s 9 months old I’ve used it every single day???

Thank you for your inquiry about the battery of your Versa. Before considering other options, could you please provide a few more details about what you've been experiencing with the battery of your watch? Let me know if you're having trouble to recharge the Versa or if you're battery is draining too fast. 

 

In the meantime, make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this articles : Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
