Is it possible to connect an app with one of the buttons of my Versa. So I can start the app with only pressing this button

Yes.  Move the App you want to open this way to the left most (either upper or lower) position on the first screen for Apps. (One left swipe from the clockface screen).  If the App is in the upper left position, the upper button will open it.  If it is in the lower left position, the lower right button will open it.
