Trying to pair new Fitbit to IPhone 11, it charges but I can’t get past the “download Fitbit app” screen.  Nothing else will come up on screen

Hi @mtnlvr62  -  once you have downloaded the app on your phone and logged in, click on the profile photo [top left] and then " Set up a Device".

@mtnlvr62  - did you download the Fitbit App from the link in the previous post?

Uninstall it and load it again and then follow the instructions to add the Versa 3 to your Fitbit account and set it up.
