Started as Versa battery problem now touchscreen also not working

Issue no.1-
My versa started discharging from 100 to 12 within a day from last 3 days, wanted to be sure what the problem is so started observing it, there came new issue, the display turns on automatically without any motion, tried making it manual but same thing it turns on automatically which I am sure is the reason of battery getting discharged.
 
Issue No.2-
 
  • After few hours facing above issue, (battery is stil getting discharged very fast, 100 at 7 am to 55 at 8 pm without doing any exercise), my versa is acting weird, screen gets changes automatically, without tapping it, if try to tap it, touch screen doesn’t work.

Tried factory reset by selecting from versa option, later touchscreen stopped working so tried holding down left button, right two buttons but it did not solve the problem. Please do not ask me to do it again, you can check the logs, I have already done it multiple times.
