Versa Lite screen frozen

My screen to my verse Lite is freezing won’t let me shut off alarms or swipe the screen just stays on the clock screen. All I can do is hold down the side button to try to restart but nothing happens. This is so frustrating being that this watch cost a lot of money

@LizzyFitbit Well I factory reset my Fitbit like they told me but now it won’t get past the update it. It will get about maybe 50% then shut off and say I need to sync my fitbit to my phone i have tried all day 11/30/19 and still nothing! So frustrating

Hello all

My Fitbit has been frozen for a few months now.  I have tried a factory re-start.   I had HUGE problems getting it to update (It took me a few days and resolved once I plugged it into my computer and left it for a day.  But it did not fix the problem, my versa lite touch screen is still frozen. Please tell me how anyone else out there fixed this issue??

Mine freezes up constantly. Reset and works for about 5 minutes and freezes again.
