So I got my mom the fitbit versa for her birthday and we got it all setup but for some reason the app is not working. nothing is loading when we click on something and its getting frustrating!

Me too. Me versa says clock error and to change it in the app.... But the app says I'm not connected to the internet, which I am. I've tried restarting both the phone, the versa, uninstall and reinstall the app, turn on and off Bluetooth, as well as WiFi 9 million times, unpair everything but the versa... And still not a thing for at least an hour. Totally unusable Just unboxed it tonight. Disappointing.

I called earlier for the same issue. I returned the 199 Versa last week and just got my upgrade today and nothing in the App Store is loading. When I spoke to customer service they said it was a known issue and they were working on repairing it. They also said it would only be a few hours and that was about 10 hours ago and still no luck. I’ll call again tomorrow and post resolve IF I get one smh

They seemed to have an issue with the servers yesterday. They even posted a banner on the website saying that it was down form maintenance. The same thing happened to me when I tried to sync my trackers yesterday. It seems to be sorted out now, as I was able to sync them last night.
