Stats different on app vs watch

My watch face stats are different than what is synching to my app. I went for an hour long walk, plus regular steps, 13000 steps total. My watch says I’ve burned 2200+ cals but my app is only showing 1800. I’ve had heart rate monitor all day but in the app it shows heart rate for my walk only as if I didn’t move all day before then. I’ve updated my app and my phone, restarted my phone, and disconnected and reconnected my versa. I’m lost.

Hi, if you're using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit and restart your Versa. If you're using a Fitbit Clock Face, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill after each restart you see the Fitbit logo and rlease the buttons. This resets the internal system of your Versa.

This seems to have fixed it for now. But it’s hard to know as this issue isn’t a consistent issue. Some days it’s all matched others, it’s very off. Hopefully this has solved it long term.
