Stats menu glitching

When I pull down the stats page and scroll or interact with the page, after a few seconds it automatically just jumps to the top of the stats page again. I don't even have enough time to log my water intake before it happens.

I've rebooted it, and it resolves itself for a while, but it still happens again. Has anyone had this problem?

Try this:

• Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
• When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

I've tried that, but unfortunately the problem returns. I've been in contact with Support, and they've confirmed I'm eligible for a replacement.
