Hi,

I have had my Versa long time now and I think it might finally be at the end of its life because today I have completed 1million steps - unfortunately I have not and it has not counted calorie burn during exercise. Has this happened to anyone and do you have any advice how to correct it? I’ve tried resetting it.

If any consolation, I don't think it means a problem with your Versa.  This has been seen occasionally lately but not able to see a pattern when/why it happens yet.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
