When my versa synced at midnight, it took my steps down from 14kto 6k for the day. I did NOT manually enter any activity or do anything that would alter it. How do I fix this?

Could you please be more specific about the issue  you are experiencing with your Versa? Is the watch resetting at midnight? Some screenshots would be great.

Right before midnight my Fitbit synced to the app and my steps suddenly decreased from 13k to 6k. I did not manually enter any activity during the day.
