Step goal celebration screen

So for years, I had a charge 2, and was fine with it. It did what I needed, but I figured it was time to upgrade.

My justification for myself was #1, a customizable main screen. And as stupid as it sounds, #2 to have color fireworks. Actually, I was hoping it would be a mix between the different celebrations, wall of shiny sparkles, rocket ship, ect.

Day one of wearing my fitbit, I made it an extra point to hit my goal. I feel my wrist vibrate and I get super pumped, and look.

A shoe? I know it's a stupid silly thing to strive for..... But a shoe?! Bring back the other goal celebrations. There was nothing wrong with them.

I kept reaching my goal since, and it's... Yep, shoe every time. I feel no drive for this. Dumb, I know, but still.

Hello @Capitanne and welcome to the Help forum.  The best place to voice your opinion about the goal celebrations is to vote for and comment on this Feature Suggestion. The Sense and the Versa 3 have the same operating system.  Un update on the Sense should change the Versa 3, too.  I agree, that shoe is pretty boring.

I just got a Versa 3 and I have not changed the clock face so I assume it is a Fitbit clock face.  I have not got fireworks, rocket or the stripes.  For some reason it does not vibrate for anything unless I press it to wake it up.  I have the vibrate sensor set to the highest setting (there are only 2).  I watched one time when I was about to hit 10,000 steps and it showed a shoe.  Really, a shoe??  But it did not vibrate.  Is there something wrong?  My Versa 2 would vibrate when I hit 250 steps throughout the day (not always, or I didn't notice always) but it did vibrate on a regular basis for messages and always when I hit my step goal.  I am thinking of returning and changing to a different type of smart watch. Very disappointed in the Versa 3.

Hi @SallyClaire  - just in the off chance swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure that neither sleep or do not disturb are enabled.

The vibrations on a 3 us incredibly weak compared to a 2 and gets weaker as the battery level falls.

@Capitanne , @SallyClaire , I get multicoloured stars and rings and a shoe for the goal.

Make sure in Quick Settings that you have wrist wake enabled.

As the vibrations are weak you might not immediately notice the goal celebration and miss the beginning of the celebration or also because the screen does not come on immediately you look at the watch.

If you want to test the celebration, in the Fitbit App click on the Steps, then gear icon and change the goal to a few more than the current number of steps and sync the watch, then you only need take a few steps before reaching the goal.

For the test also set the display timeout in watch settings to 60s to be sure to see the whole event!
